1. This rate is available exclusively to eligible Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
2. The guest making the booking and staying at the hotel must be the eligible Senior Citizen or Person with Disability.
3. This rate is valid for one (1) room per booking only.
4. Guests must present a valid Senior Citizen ID and/or PWD ID upon check-in.
5. If only a digital copy of the ID is presented, Red Planet Hotels may require an additional government-issued ID for identity verification.
6. If valid proof of eligibility is not presented upon check-in, the booking may be adjusted to the Best Available Rate or applicable public rate.
7. This rate cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers of the Hotel. However, guests may select their preferred discount to avail.
8. Booking this rate does not guarantee a PWD-accessible room.
9. Requests for accessible room accommodation are subject to availability.
10. Red Planet Hotels will do its best to provide a suitable available room based on the guest’s needs and room availability. This may include a regular Twin or Double room.
11. Room assignment is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
